The Mitsubishi Ko-1 is a Japanese training aircraft from the interwar period in a biplane configuration. The prototype flight took place in 1921 or 1922. The drive was provided by a single Le Rhone 9C engine with 80 HP. The length of the aircraft was 7.1 meters with a wingspan of 9.1 meters. The maximum speed was up to 140 km / h. The machine did not have a permanent on-board armament.

Ko-1 planes very quickly, since 1922, found their way to military aviation schools, as well as some aviation units. It is assumed that they remained in military use until 1926. After that year, they were sold into civilian hands. The total production of Ko-1 machines did not exceed 60 aircraft.
